Hi sir
I have customer f30 320 2014
His dme is damaged
I have donor dme
checked its compatible
But I can’t read isn code from old DME
I tried to read it on bench I found ( TRICORE :LOW VOLTAGE SUPPLY REF ERROR 841)
but I checked for voltage its 12 v too
I bought HW4 and I read its can read isn from fem and restore backup fem too , but I didn’t used it before , I have 2 cables , I don’t know from where to start
Need your support ( instructions, steps )

yes you can unlock FEM on Bench and read ISN from it using Working key.FEM/BDC is Restored back to normal state in our unlock procedure,no need to restore it additionally.

And abut wiring i have 2 cables
And for key coil , fem cables

The cable with clip attached you must use for FEM unlock,the other one is for ISN boot mode.yes also you need key coil from any F series.
1.connect FEM on Bench using the wiring diagram you get on software
2.go to key learning option and check if working key is detected
3.Proceed with unlock and save secret file
4.go to coding/programing
5.Read ISN on FEM from ISN manager option 4
6.Write this to your used DME

I am worried about key coil wire
I saw in video it’s separate wiring not included in kit i have ? Or what ?
And for unlock fem i found 3 options
1,2,3
I should used 2 ?
