Simply, Autohex II does not support cars with EWS (E39,E38,...) for such advanced functions

Simply, Auto-hex II does not support cars with EWS (E39,E38,...) for such advanced functions..........????????? as u can see my 7 VIN post sir .......its 2008 X3 x83 chassis Not old chassis E39,E38 sir.........

i talked to seller his name Mohammad he said i can't un-plug the CAS and try read another modules see the auto-hex II can read VO.....because he said auto-hex II is base read communication each time hook up BMW cars the Auto-hex II will look up VO in CAS module first....... after read successful then it's can allow u what to do... this base what he told me ,.........

-i got customer declined work so i did not able to remove CAS & un-plug it then try this step as he tell me....so far i am not know work or not work ...

The question is: This car with CAS or EWS? if EWS it is not supported . E39,E38,.. are not supported for same reason.
If it has an EWS, then it is not supported.
If it has a CAS, then check what's wrong in your bus (JBE,CAS itself).
