Some people say it possible to reuse programmed keys.

It is possible if You have cas and keys from same car. Possible to transfer keys from one cas to another.

yes u can transfer key from 1 cas to another with AH2

To transfer key you need a key file from old cas.

But I don't have a file and I have tried to do one key which was already coded for another car and it works, but try other one doesn't work. I'm confused Because in AH says all the keys are locked

Transferring keys is only possible in E series if you got original file for key from its cas.If you are getting key locked message in F series don't bother it key is programmed on coil in F series.

F series basically FEM/BDC only 5, 6 and 7 have old cas 4 what cant do with AH

All F series cannot save key data.
