There is no repair option in the Hextag for FRM in F series as the problem will not come from corrupted eeprom/d-flash.
You may write another flash and EE, this may solve the problem (chances are very low).

check all service functions related to frm in ista..or find same hw/sw dumps rewrite mcu and than program/encode

If you have XPROG clone you can use this steps to fix. I did before Hex Tag was release and works.
