I actually have answer about it that it is not possible but just trying luck, maybe someone knows a trick

do you somehow manage to write ISN on CAS3 on bench?

as you know it asks for ignition, and for that you need key, key slot, elv emulator, start/stop button on bench

is there any trick to do it with CAS3 only, without all that additional stuff?

You need a key slot only to be connected to cas, nothing else.
You must change the 12v power supply to pin 1 in cas connector to let key slot get recognized.
You cannot avoid the key presence by any method if the cas is encrypted.

btw,
what happens when you need to do all key lost on CAS3?
new keys data is generated and overwritten in crypted CAS3 right?
is not there checksum?
