The part number you provided is not correct.
If the car is 2004, it is impossible to have DDE7 (possible DDE5, or DDE6 max)
Another info we need to know: you could not read from both DDEs?

This is DDE5, the part number is 7794650
Please contact support, and provide them teamviewer.
