For first time I am trying to get the secret data from a 2014 328d FEM.
I found a key antenna from F series and FEM is recognizing the key. I have updated the FEM to the newest version. I have tried the procedure and every time at the end I get the error "Cannot retrieve the secret data". Any help would be appreciated.

With the prompt help of the tech support we found the problem. I did update the FEW-GW, but did not update the FEW_BODY to the newest version. In my defense AH was showing update only for the FEW-GW, but I should've updated FEM_BODY anyway.
It looks like a good practice to update both before unlocking the FEM.

It is good to post the solution so other Autohex II users learn more if they meet such a case.
I would like to add one advice: Start with flashing the Gateway, then flash FEM_Body

If you have Autohex, you will not need E-Sys at all.
