Hi,

I downloaded software for HexProg (Windows 7 64bit)
Please check my error.
hp_error.png (47kb) downloaded 16 time(s).

Any idea?

Please check with support on Skype, they will need teamviewer to check your USB driver

First connect interface, after then install software, for me works like that.

Agreed; this is driver not installed properly. Uninstall software and driver. Reboot windows and press f8. Select install driver without signature and then install HexTag software without HexTag usb connected. Then after software install connect usb to install driver. After install reboot and then try to launch program and perform software update. Takes a few tries but works.
