have a lots of mini key fob there a 7945A try to reset with the hextag he said key reset, but no go can't reset is still locked any ideas

Hi
Try removing the battery, then doing it.
I noticed that the red light on the adaptor comes on when the battery is connected in the key.

Once you remove the battery, try again.

i remove the battery then renew the key and work is renew , then go to a mini to do a test program key the key program but the remote don't work but the original key work the remote any one have this problem
please advise
