Wrong FA or some of ecu from the car is incompatible, most probably engine ecu.

I have seen this issue before when trying to read E9x cars. Usually because FRM module was from different vehicle and not coded back to car, or as engine ECU or some other module.

this will not happen because of FRM there are multiple reasons for it
1.FA corrupted
2.Bad internet
3.Cas downgraded
4.no ignition
5.our server issue

can be any of these.
