Hello!

I've to flash a BMW DME 17.2.G directly on bench. Can someone give me the diagram to connect the DME?

I've here a coding station with CAS emulator and ZGW or a connected FEM with key.

this type of programming is done flexray. you must have a ZGW, with ZGW you must connect to the driver but not via can l and can h. this link is read, there are other pins for programming.

Hello!

I will not need any newtis, I have access to ISTA (and sgate, Air a.s.o.). :)

So only the two flexray wires and not the CAN H and CAN L? And power supply of course.

find in dme / dde two pins marked in ista as programming. connect them between the driver and the Zgw. zgw to autohex via flexray. and of course 12v for everything. you will program dme / dde anyway

Please see the attached diagram for MEVD1728 along with FEM made by one of our customer. MEVD172G pin out will be different from it but it will help you to identify what all pin need to be used.

Hello!

Thx. As I can see, the DME 17.2.G has Flexray on Pin 33 and 34 on connector 1b and PT-Can on Pin 7 and 8. B+ is on 45 and ground on Pin 4 in 5b. So I will test it in this way and will report.
