Have F26 X4 here. They need MOST to communicate on the bench (coding), correct? I have PT-CAN setup (CAS4, ZGW, IKE). IKE will not communicate with any tool (with or without 120ohm on PT-CAN).

Thanks for any input.

Hi, I am not the ultimate BMW specialist but I can help a bit. As I understand, the KOMBI is connected with the ZGW via the PT-CAN. If I remember well, the KOMBI is programmed / coded via the PT-CAN not the MOST.
The CAS module give the Wake-up signal to the KOMBI, do you have connected the KOMBI wake-up signal at connector A71*1B pin 11 and have sufficient voltage?

Hope this helps,
Eric

Yes, all is connected right. I'm using CAS4 test platform.

Hello!

Connection via Most is required. You have to use a bench setup with a head-unit. Connect PTCan to ZGW, Most t head-unit and the power supply. Now you can see the kombi and you can code it on bench. Of course, the codings of the head-units must be correct for most kombis - otherwise it would fail and you would not see a kombi.
