I had this issue before. But I think the problem was caused by me. I started playing with the eeprom data. Reading, writing and modifying a couple of times. After this is when I encountered the error 834F.

That is 2nd MSV80 I have this problem with. 1st it was cloned, then I tried to update and I get this error. Original DME updates OK.

I tried to update the cloned DME with WinKFP, fails as well. Cannot clear the flash, cannot switch to programming mode. Original DME also updates OK with WinKFP.
