Is the I series isn not from factory mode? I don’t see the I series listed in factory mode menu. Can we pull isn on the car?

Currently there is a DME which is shared with F series : MEVD17.23
The other Ecu which is EDMEI1 is under development, will be available next update by OBD, in the meantime if you need to read ISN from this DME contact support. We are working on adding it in factory mode as well.

can I use a working key to program the key in the I series , or do I need to have ISN EDMEI1

if you have working key you can unlock use it without ISN.
