Did you remove eeprom from board ? It happened to me when tried to read in circuit but worked in eeprom adapter

y tried with eeprom cut out.and dont work.y tried with manny eeprom ....samme result.I talked to ,,suport,,.....the answer,,dont have this model chip for test now,,one eeprom 080D0WQ cost 5 $
if donthave one eeprom for test for what ist suport?
ist normal?

I have simmilar problems with 080D0WQ. This was not chip error because that same chip was read and write in another programmer without problem. Last days I resoldered all parts in eeprom adapter for HexProg and all problems gone. Now works with all eproms in 100%.
