I just paid to update my autohex. I have not used it in a while. I reinstalled the autohex download. When I plug it in this is what it says. Update failed. INTERNET: UNDEFINED ERROR. I have tried several computers and same thing. My internet connection is good also. Any ideas?

please contact support via skype/WhatsApp /live they can check via TeamViewer for you

They did come on with team viewer, I think the problem is I have an older version of the autohexII Its about 4-5 years old. They said they would get back to me through email. Just hope it is soon because I have cars here that need programming.
