I have a 2007 BMW X5 . I have read dump from cas , and have isn that appears to be from DME and EGS . When I try to make key I get cas crypted and since isn is only 4 bytes it will not take it . The sk comes out all fffffff , so I pulled DME , but I have not working pinout for this and help ?

You need to get isn from egs.
Then you write the isn as: xxxxxxxx in Autohex key programming function.
