OK, first of all thanks!

2nd I have three questions: 1) Do you need to get secret files from both FEMS (original and used)?
2) Does the original FEM still work with original keys?
3) Can you clone an original MID FEM to a used MAX (full options) FEM?

1-You need to unlock both BDC/FEM before you start the function.
The good news is, the donor does need key or isn to unlock.
2-Original will keep working as it was before.
3- here is a trick it may work in many cases: back up original, restore it to donor, then do the clone.
