Almost something wrong happened in connection while programming, did you try to program again?
From the Programming list, what is the status of DME? can you see BMW Part Number?

I did try but how to program if it dont see dme...when i select programing it says missing step...when i select coding it say cas ready for encoding and dme in programing mode...cant access via programming.

Is there a way to bypass this restriction...its getting urgent now.

In Programming List, please post here what exactly the status of the ECU.
There is no status called missing setup.
If the Ecu NOT COMPATIBLE, you will get a status like: Replace with XXXXXX
If the Ecu is DEAD, you will see the BMW Part number 0. and the status is: Mount XXXXXXX

Hi all sorry for misunderstanding i got this missing step error on the bench and Autohex could not see DME only CAS...so i requested vehicle from customer and after plugging everything and going to ISN manager it started flashing DME two slow flashes and one fast..then isn visible. Wrote to CAS and all is well thank you again for support .

On a another not for non autohex users, this tool always amazes me with its capabilities and so far never let me down. Good work guys keep it up!!!!
