one customer use cgdi for make key on e92 with cas 3++. ( 9395657 )
my customer after downgrade cas is dead
i have change cas ( 9147220 ) with hextag
change vin ok
change isn ok
change odometer ok
car start ok / unlock and lock car ok
i have problem impossible coding / flash and red dot show on cluster.

If the red dot lights up in the instrument cluster, the KM position is incorrect or the VIN does not fit.
Cas can be encoded with NCS.

CAS coding is only possible if the VIN is correct.
Check CAS vin with Inpa or Tool32.
Or send EEprom from current CAS

when cas is dead after downgrade you can fix the original data itself with the help of Autohex/Hextag.Please contact support for more information.anyway i have attached steps for replacing CAS with used one also.
The normal steps for the replacement of CAS (when original CAS is dead)
1. Get a working CAS with valid key
2. Read DME ISN and write it to CAS
3. Restore FA from LM to CAS from FA manager
4. Change VIN for CAS from advanced option in CAS replacement
5. GO back to the main menu in software
6. Start again with coding/programing
7. DO coding for CAS

load all original data to casin hextag then read eeprom in hextag and check on edit option if cas in programming mode or normal mode,if in programming mode change to normal and write eeprom back to cas.also change the flash file for cas.if you can contact us on skype we can give you another flash file.all t

If the VIN is correct, something is wrong with the EEprom or the Flash. Test another dump and replay EEprom and Flash.
Change Key, Vin and ISN.
You can also flash the whole thing again with Winkfp.

I have change vin and isn dde with hextag without change Checksum for vin.
Coding with ncs expert and calibration dsc.
