Then we plug it in. Car can be start. Car idle is up and down like misfiring.
And there is about 95 fault when we use ISTA.

Do we need to do indiv coding/indiv prog for the clone dme??

When cloning MSD8XX you might have to do throttle valve relearn..... all 95 codes in DME??? Have you tried clearing codes?

did you check the fault codes in dme.

I had this problem when I cloned an msd 81.2 with hextag had to do a full car software update to cure the problem.

Turn the key ON, leave the key on for 2 minutes, clear the codes, turn the key OFF (take key out), leave the car OFF for 2 minutes, turn the key ON leave the key ON 2 minutes. Start the car. it will be OK.

Yes...actually fix the misfire by changing coil,plug or injector.

Mate nothing to do with coil or any thing ! original ecu was slightly water damaged

Misfire will not be caused by software issue, cloning, programming etc. If original had no misfire and donor does then donor is defective. Also, when talking about misfire, it is helpful to do some basic diagnosis, like check for spark and injector pulse on the affected cylinder, check spark plug condition, swap spark plug / coil / injector to see if misfire follows.
