Hexprog II Ecu Tuning Tool: BMW MG1 FSC Bench Patch
We are pleased to announce a software improvement for Hexprog II users. This update introduces a specialized Bench Patch for BMW MG1 TC29X ECUs, designed to suppress FSC Code errors during Tuning/Modification operations.
Hexprog II users can now patch the ECU directly on the bench to disable FSC code errors. This one-time modification permanently unlocks the unit, allowing you to utilize the convenient OBD mode for all future programming and tuning jobs.

FSC Error Suppression Patch
This new patch allows users to modify BMW MG1 TC29X ECUs without triggering common FSC Code warnings. After applying the Bench Patch, the ECU will no longer flag the following specific fault codes when tuned:
- 1F2102 / 1F2112
- 021304 / 021024
Checksum Bug Fixes
We have also addressed and resolved reported issues with checksum calculations. These fixes ensure greater data integrity and reliability during read and write operations on supported ECUs.
